Membership Eligibility
Who Can Join NCASCA?
Membership is open to any licensed ambulatory surgery facility in North Carolina. Physician practice offices with a majority of physician surgeons who utilize ASCs, as well as ASC management companies, are also eligible for membership.
Organizations that do not fall within those categories may participate as Vendor Members and support North Carolina's ambulatory surgery center community.

Membership Dues
How Much Are NCASCA Dues?
NCASCA membership dues are $5,000 annually. While we understand this represents a significant investment, membership supports the work necessary to protect and advance ambulatory surgery centers throughout North Carolina.
NCASCA's primary focus is advocacy, including legislative and regulatory efforts that help protect ASC licensure, operations, and the long-term success of the industry.
Membership dues ensure the association has the resources needed to address current challenges and advocate effectively on behalf of North Carolina ASCs.
